1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Manar at manar.asktam.net, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Manar on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Description of Service

Manar is an AI-powered paid media operations platform that connects to your advertising accounts (Google Ads and others), monitors performance, generates recommendations, and can execute approved optimizations on your behalf.

3. Account Access & Authorization

By connecting an advertising account to Manar, you authorize us to read and write data to that account within the scope of the OAuth permissions you grant. You remain solely responsible for your advertising spend and campaigns. Manar executes changes only within the trust level and approval rules you configure.

4. Trust Levels & Automated Actions

Manar operates on a configurable trust ladder (L0–L3). At levels L2 and above, the platform may execute changes automatically within defined parameters. You are responsible for configuring appropriate trust levels and reviewing recommendations. We are not liable for ad spend outcomes resulting from automated actions you have authorized.

5. Prohibited Uses

  • Using the platform to violate Google Ads or other platform policies
  • Attempting to circumvent access controls or audit logging
  • Sharing account credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Using the platform for deceptive or fraudulent advertising

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ask Tam and Manar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including advertising spend outcomes.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
